This crucial diet is keeping you from creating content people watch on repeat.

As digital creators, it can be tough to spark newfound content ideas.

It seems as if there are 100,000+ ideas to speak about. However, you may find yourself being the digital creator who can’t spark a quality idea for his life.

That’s what we’re going to uncover in today’s email.

We all know certain food diets are great to perform at our best. (Future email idea?)

However, it doesn’t just come down to food diets.

The information you consume is also a form of dieting.

We’re going to help you solve your inability to spark content ideas by restructuring your information diet.

If you consume garbage information, it’s just as likely you’ll produce garbage information as a byproduct.

Once you change the sort of information you consume, you’ll have the problem I have.

That problem being a database storing over 2,500+ content ideas.

Not only will your content transform, yet so will your thought process.

You’ll start to look at everything in your life as a content idea.

The biggest reason most creators produce garbage content is simply because they consume garbage content.

When I used to create video content (Most videos are archived), I’d have tendencies of scrolling on the same platform I made content on such as IG & TikTok for a maximum of 30/day.

I mostly consumed quality information, however those tendencies had a minor play into the content I created.

My content didn’t revolve around the best ideas they could’ve revolved around.

I also didn’t have a place to store content ideas.

I was coming up with content ideas on the fly & by looking at other creators.

So I realized the problems I was facing & I started writing on X. (Whole story on my profile’s pinned post)

I originally wrote on X to improve my video scripts because I felt as if I was forcing ideas in my video content.

Ever since then, I’ve been able to spark a newfound surplus of content ideas & have accumalated thousands of ideas to create content around.

So my piece of actionable advice for you is to sit down, take an hour out of your day & review the content you’re consuming on a daily basis.

Ask yourself how you could change the information you consume & how you can capture those great ideas you come across. (My notion database is a great place to start ;))

You’ll find your content to be 21x easier to create & 100x higher quality.
