I used to deal with stress & racing thoughts in my early stages of entrepreneurship.
I was doing client work, creating & editing content, creating backend agency systems, daytrading, studying my niche, etc.

It’s the reason I went into a 3 month burnout at the beginning of this year.
After I began writing a book a little afterward — I came across commonplace books & journaling methods.
Ever since then — I’ve picked up the habit of writing down my thoughts, ideas & experiences.long term
