This short went over the fact that your brand perception deciphers whether or not people will open your DMs.

If you've ever sent a cold DM & wondered why you may not have gotten a reply back.

Your brand perception may have something to do with it.

Before anybody ever replies to your DM.

They always check your profile.

This is why you need to make sure your bio, pinned post, banner & more are all optimized.

Because without these things optimized to the maximum capability.

You'll stay stagnant & keep struggling with DM open rates.
